During our chat (60 minutes)

Put your phone on silent
Have water handy
Don't worry about being perfect – I edit out the ums, false starts, and brain farts
If you mess up, just pause and restart that thought
Bring your opinions – I want your real take, not corporate speak

This isn't a gotcha interview. I'm genuinely curious about what you've learned, and I want other people to benefit from your experience.

I'll edit this down to the best 35 - 45 minutes for the main episode
